Privacy Policy
Tilt Maze Garden is a single-player game made by Soumya Ranjan Mahunt ("I", "me"). This policy explains what data the game uses, why, and the choices you have. I don't run any servers for the game and I don't collect your personal data myself; the services described below (Apple and Google) handle data under their own privacy policies.
In short: no account or sign-up. Your progress, settings and the gardens you build stay on your device. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may use device data to show and measure ads, and only personalises them if you allow it.
Data stored on your device
The game saves your progress (best times, buds collected, medals), settings (such as sound, haptics, tilt sensitivity and accessibility options), the gardens you build in the editor, and a level in progress so you can continue it later. Today's Daily Garden result is shared with the game's Home Screen widget on the same device. None of this is sent to me. Deleting the app deletes it.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows ads using Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK): a banner on menus, an occasional full-screen ad between gardens, and reward ads only when you choose one. To serve, measure and protect ads against fraud, Google may collect:
- your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking when iOS asks;
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information (such as model, operating system and language);
- how you interact with ads, and diagnostic data about ad performance.
Your choices:
- Tracking: iOS asks whether the game may track you. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier is not shared and ads are not personalised using it. You can change this any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and some US states): where the law requires it, a consent form from Google lets you choose how your data is used for ads. You can change your choice any time in the game's Settings › Privacy › Ad privacy choices.
- Fewer ads: the one-time Remove Ads purchase turns off banners and between-garden ads. Reward ads are then never shown; their rewards become free.

Purchases (Remove Ads)
The purchase is sold and billed by Apple. I never see your payment details. The game uses Apple's StoreKit to check whether you've bought it, using the transaction information Apple provides.
Game Center
If you're signed in to Game Center, your times and achievements are sent to Apple's Game Center so they can appear on leaderboards, including the Daily Garden leaderboard. This is handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy; you can manage it in Settings › Game Center.
Shared gardens
When you share a garden you built, its name and layout are encoded in the link or QR code itself. Nothing is uploaded anywhere; only the people you share it with receive it.
Analytics and tracking
The game does not include any analytics or crash-reporting service of its own. Apart from AdMob as described above, it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Children
Tilt Maze Garden is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the game, contact me and I'll help remove it where I can.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or privacy laws in some US states), you may have rights to access, delete, or object to the use of your personal data. Because I don't hold your data myself, most requests are best made through the controls above or directly with Apple and Google. If you need help, contact me and I'll point you to the right place.
Changes to this policy
If the game's data use changes, I'll update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
